Terms of sale

OpenYuri is an independent software studio. We sell software licences and written compliance reports. We are not a law firm, a notified body, an authorised representative, or a testing laboratory.

What you buy

• Agency Partner License ($99) — a one-time licence to the Compliance Checker source files (HTML, JavaScript, rules dataset) and the documentation that comes with them. You may modify them, host them, brand them, and deploy them for your own clients. Resale of finished services built on them is permitted.
• Partner Launch Package ($499) — the same licence plus a branded deployment on a domain you control, rules and branding configured for your practice, five client-ready reports for stores you nominate, and twelve months of rule updates.
• Compliance Gap Report ($99) — a written report on one storefront: a 14-point scan, a prioritised fix list, a 30-day plan, and the category-specific requirements that apply, with links to the official sources.

Delivery

Digital goods are delivered immediately after payment: source files by download link, reports by email to the address you provide, normally within one business day and always within three.

Refunds

• Reports: if the report does not identify at least five actionable issues for the store you named, we refund it in full.
• Licences and packages: if the files do not work as described, we fix them or refund the purchase. Once the source files have been delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not available, because the goods cannot be returned.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.

What we do not promise

• Not legal advice. The checker and the reports are a structured first pass over published requirements. They do not replace advice from a qualified professional for your specific product, formulation or packaging.
• Not approval. We do not guarantee that a marketplace, customs authority or regulator will accept a product, a listing or a document.
• Not exhaustive. Rules change. Each rule links to its official source; the source always wins over our summary. Rule set last reviewed 22 October 2026.

Your obligations

You will not present the checker or a report as legal advice from a qualified lawyer, will not remove the disclaimer of legal advice, and will not resell the source files themselves as a competing generic product under our name.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits or for regulatory outcomes.
